Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, log into your Auria Jewellery account and go to the "Orders" section. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using the same email address you used to place the order. Your order will then appear under "My Orders."

Tracking numbers are sent automatically as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier scans your package into their system, you can use the tracking number to see your order information.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK and EU. Select your destination country at checkout to view delivery options.

How long does shipping take?

All EU and UK orders placed between Monday - Friday, before 7pm (GMT), will be shipped out the next working day and may take 6-14 working days. During local national holiday periods and sales delivery times may change. Courier delays may also affect delivery times. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any issues we are made aware of.

I am missing an item from my order. Can you help?

If an item is missing from your order, please email us immediately at contact@auriajewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the parcel, including the shipping label. We will check with our team and review CCTV footage to locate the item or determine if it was lost or damaged in transit, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

My order has been returned to sender. What can I do now?

If your order has been returned to sender, contact us with your order number and an alternative delivery address. We will re-dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. Depending on the circumstances, an additional shipment fee may apply.

I have received a defective item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at info@auriajewellery.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will send out a replacement right away.


Auria Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any contract if there are evident errors or inaccuracies regarding the products listed on our website. If we detect an error or inaccuracy in the advertised price of the goods you ordered, we will promptly notify you via email and cancel those items from your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout.

Regrettably, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. Please verify that all information is accurate at checkout.

I've entered my shipping address incorrectly. Can I change it?

We cannot change your order once it has been placed. Please double-check all information at checkout. We are not liable for any parcels sent to an incorrect shipping address.

Can I redirect my order?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please provide an address where you will be available to sign for and receive your order.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

Only one discount can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping codes, 3-for-2 sales, referral credits, bundle deals, or any other discounts. Auria Jewellery reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

I ordered with a special discount. Can I still get a refund?

If you purchased items with a tiered discount, be aware that the discount will be adjusted if returning items causes your total to drop below the discount tier threshold.

Will I have to pay Duties & Taxes?

For our customers in the European Union (EU), starting from 6th July 2023, there will be no additional charges or duties. The price you see in your cart is the final price you will pay.

For UK orders, customs or import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination in the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover or reimburse these costs, including for orders with free shipping. We recommend checking your country's import regulations to determine if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.

Do you refund Duties & Taxes?

We cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

What materials are your items made from?

All of our pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel and finished with an 18k gold PVD coating. This ensures that each piece is waterproof, sweatproof, and designed to withstand everyday life.

Are your items waterproof?

Yes, all of our jewellery is designed to be worn in the shower, at the gym, and on the beach. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can keep your jewellery on without any issues.

Are your items hypoallergenic?

Our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. However, we cannot guarantee complete protection against cross-contamination, as nickel may be present in the factory environment.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. 

How would I know my ring size?

The most commonly purchased women's rings range between size 5 and size 7, with size 6 being the most popular. These standard sizes can serve as a helpful guide. Additionally, there are several at-home methods available to determine your ring size.

How To Measure Ring Size With String & Ruler:

1. Wrap string around the base of your finger.

2. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.

3. Measure the string with a ruler (mm) to get the circumference then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter.

4. Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.

* TIP* Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are warm. Finger size can vary throughout the day and with the weather, as they tend to be smaller in the early morning and in cold conditions. Additionally, remember that the fingers on your dominant hand are generally larger.
