At Auria Jewellery, we stand by the exceptional craftsmanship of our pieces, which is why every item purchased directly from us comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur under normal use during this period.
If your jewellery exhibits a manufacturing defect within the warranty period under normal use, Auria Jewellery will replace it with an identical or similar item at no cost to you. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or similar style. Any replacement item will come with a new one-year warranty from the date of issue.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- General wear and tear, improper handling, or lack of care
- Damage resulting from repairs or adjustments made by a third party
- Lost or stolen jewellery
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a claim, please contact us at contact@auriajewellery.com with your order number and photos of the item showing the defect. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
