Lifetime Colour Guarantee
At Auria, we stand by the quality of our waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-free designs. Every piece is crafted to be durable, hypoallergenic, and made to last-designed for your everyday lifestyle. That’s why all Auria products (save for those pieces which expressly provide otherwise on the relevant product description found on the applicable product page of the product in question) are covered by our Lifetime Colour Guarantee against discolouration or tarnishing.
If your Auria piece ever shows signs of discolouration or tarnish under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge.
What’s Covered
- Lifetime protection against discolouration or tarnishing for all waterproof Auria items.
- Coverage applies to jewellery that has been worn and cared for under normal conditions, including exposure to water, sweat, and everyday activities.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Accidental damage, scratches, or breakage caused by impact, bending, or misuse
- Natural wear and tear or fading due to friction
- Third-party repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Non-jewellery accessories (e.g. phone chains, hair clips, etc.)
Manufacturing defects (e.g. broken chains or missing stones) are covered separately under the below one-year manufacturing warranty.
Important Notice
Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee applies for as long as Auria remains in operation. If Auria ceases trading or is dissolved, this warranty will automatically expire, and we will no longer be able to process claims.
Manufacturing Warranty
At Auria, we stand by the exceptional craftsmanship of our pieces, which is why every item purchased directly from us comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur under normal use during this period.
If your jewellery exhibits a manufacturing defect within the warranty period under normal use, Auria will replace it with an identical or similar item at no cost to you. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or similar style. Any replacement item will come with a new one-year warranty from the date of issue.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- General wear and tear, improper handling, or lack of care
- Damage resulting from repairs or adjustments made by a third party
- Lost or stolen jewellery
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a claim, please contact us at contact@auriajewellery.com with your order number and photos of the item showing the defect. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Jewellery Care
1. Avoid Harmful Substances: Minimise exposure to perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, alcohol, and other strong chemicals. These can tarnish and damage your jewellery.
2. Regular Cleaning: After every few wears, rinse your jewellery in cool water. Alternatively, showering with your jewellery on can help clean and preserve its shine. Ensure to dry each piece thoroughly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
3. Proper Storage: Store each piece separately in its own bag or in a jewellery box. This prevents abrasion and scratching from contact with other metals. Avoid storing your jewellery in damp or humid environments.
4. Consistent Maintenance: Clean your jewellery after every use to maintain its brilliance and ensure it lasts longer.
