Returns & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy on all items excluding earrings (for sanitary reasons) and gift cards. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by Auria Jewellery in writing before sending the item or items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

If you are eligible and wish to start a return, you can contact us at info@auriajewellery.com, providing us with the following information so that we can provide you with the necessary assistance as quickly as possible:

  • Order Number;
  • Item(s) being returned or exchanged; and
  • Reason(s) for return.

 

Please note that whilst we are more than happy to assist with any returns or exchanges as much as possible, we do not cover any costs or charges incurred for return shipping. You will therefore be solely responsible for any shipping costs or charges for any returned or exchanged items. 

Returns relating to promotional offers

If you intend on returning or exchanging part of an order which consisted of a promotional offer in the form of a bundle and, or promotional offer containing a free item the value of any such free item(s) or promotional discount will be deducted proportionately from any amount to be refunded or in the event of any excess, such amount shall be billed separately.

Any items which were gifted or won as part of a promotional offer/campaign are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We offer store credit if you would like to exchange your returned item for a different item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or store credit in relation to an exchange request, was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded any amount actually paid (and therefore, in the case of any items purchased at a discount, the final discounted price actually paid up would be the amount refunded) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that original shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. We also cannot refund any taxes (including but not limited to VAT), duties or clearing taxes paid.
